  • We utilize current financials to analyze assets with our own financial model developed by our team. Conservative assumptions produce a pro forma model that accurately reflects the properties potential value.

• Due Diligence

  • All of our projects typically are variations from previous projects.

  • We understand issues unique to Commercial Retail Centers, Flex Office space and Express Car Washes.

• Marketing

  • Each of our building’s foot print is just under 10,000 square feet. This allows for reasonable prelease opportunities and quicker stabilization and positive cash flow.

  • Each property gets maximum exposure through our website and third party CRE platforms. Facebook, Google and our Conroe Chamber maximize our exposure to potential tenants.
