The Infinity Texas Team builds ground up commercial buildings in Conroe, Texas, a suburb of Houston, Texas.

Every project is designed in house, permitted, constructed, leased out and managed by our team.

Once a building is stabilized, it is marketed through our syndication for equity investment.

When interest rates return to around 5% our buildings will be marketed for sale targeting sub 6% cap rates.

In addition, our team provides value add savings during construction by using the same successful individual plans on retail and flex office.

We are experienced in identifying operational inefficiencies which allows us to Improve operations to exceed investor expectations.
